The rewards for weathering hurricane force winds on our last m/v Milo expedition were aplenty. Check out this tube ride that Nicolas Sutil, a visiting surfer from Chile, scored on the third day of our exploration.
Many more killer rides slipped by undocumented. As you could imagine, it’s not the easiest thing to sit there taking photos of your friends getting rides like this. It does get a little easier to trade in the surfboard for the camera after a good four hour session of your own though. Small tides and a strong swell gave us the rare opportunity to surf throughout the entire third day. Usually the tide change is too much for any break and we have to either take a nap, or go look elsewhere.
