Hello September

We were almost too tired from closing off August with a few straight days of surf to think about another session tonight, but who could resist a scene like this!? Gorgeous sunset surf session on the Homer Spit to welcome September.

This is the essence of surfing in Alaska for me -  incredible scenery and sharing waves with friends. Cheers.

    Brah, I want in! That is beautiful! I am a surfer who is going to spend his first winter up here, and I would love to get some frozen tuberiding in. Is homer the closest surf spot to Eagle River/Anchorage?? I am ready to mission if need be. Could you recommend a website to track storms and see if the surf is on?!?! I am super stoked, let me know, thanks

      Pete, I’m a surfer moving from San Diego to Anchorage area 11/1 for 5+ yrs. I’m looking for some people to surf with…don’t know anything about the area but super stoked to explore the surfing Alaska’s got to offer…
